1. No Physical Shipping

Because our products are 100% digital, no physical items will be shipped to your postal address. You will not receive any physical packages, and therefore, no shipping fees or physical tracking numbers apply to your order.

2. Instant Delivery via Email

Delivery of our digital products is immediate. As soon as your payment is successfully processed and completed, our system will automatically generate and send you a confirmation email.

This email will contain:

  • A summary of your purchase.

  • A direct, secure link to download your digital file(s) OR instructions on how to access your digital content.

3. Delivery Timeframe

In most cases, you will receive the delivery email within minutes of your transaction being approved. You can download and access your files immediately, 24/7, regardless of your location.

4. Troubleshooting: Didn't Receive the Email?

If you have completed your payment but haven't received the delivery email within 10–15 minutes, please follow these steps:

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder, as automated emails are sometimes filtered there by your email provider.

  • Ensure that the email address you entered during checkout was spelled correctly.

  • If you still cannot locate the email, please contact our support team immediately, and we will manually resend the access link to you.

5. Order Security and Access

Please keep your confirmation email safe. For security reasons and to prevent unauthorized sharing, download links may have a limit on the number of download attempts or an expiration date. If your link expires or you lose your file, contact us with your order number, and we will be happy to provide a new link.
